1. Who we are and what this covers
This policy describes how Earnastic ("Earnastic," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit our website or use our related pages and features (the "Service"). It applies whether you're just looking around or you've created an account. By using the Service you accept the practices described here. If you don't, please stop using the Service.
2. What we collect
Information reaches us in three ways: you give it to us, your browser or device sends it as you use the Service, or an outside company passes some to us.

4. Our legal grounds (EEA and UK)
If you're in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the law requires us to have a lawful reason for using your personal data. We rely on: carrying out our agreement with you (for example, running your account); our legitimate interests (for example, keeping the Service secure and making it better); your consent, where we ask for it (for example, for certain cookies or messages); and legal obligations that apply to us.
5. Cookies
We use cookies and similar tools to keep you signed in, remember your settings and see how the Service is used. Our Cookies Policy explains them in detail, including how to turn them off, and is part of this policy.
6. Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- Companies that help us run the Service, such as hosting, email delivery, analytics and security providers. They may use the information only to do their work for us.
- Advertising and measurement partners, in a limited way and, where the law requires it, with your consent, so we can understand how people find the Service.
- Partners, when you choose to open one of their pages. What they receive is then governed by their own policies.
- Authorities, when we believe in good faith that the law requires it or that it's needed to protect people or our rights.
- A new owner, if Earnastic is ever merged with, or sold to, another business, under protections no weaker than these.
7. How we protect it
We use technical, administrative and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections and limits on who can see personal information. No system is perfectly secure, though, and we can't guarantee that information sent to or stored by the Service will never be accessed without permission.
8. How long we keep it
We keep personal information while your account is open and for as long afterwards as we need it to meet legal duties, settle disputes and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove what identifies you.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may be able to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
- have mistakes corrected;
- ask us to delete your information, subject to some exceptions;
- object to, or ask us to limit, certain uses of it;
- receive your information in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time where we're relying on it.

10. California residents
If you live in California, state law may give you extra rights: to know what personal information we've collected about you, to ask us to delete it, and to opt out of certain kinds of sharing. We do not sell personal information as California law defines that term, and we won't treat you differently for using these rights.
11. Information moving between countries
We're based in the United States, so information we collect may be handled there or in other countries whose data protection rules differ from yours. Where the law requires it, we use suitable safeguards for those transfers.
12. Children
The Service is for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If we find that we have, we'll delete it.
13. Links to other sites
The Service links to sites and services we don't run. This policy doesn't cover them, so please read their policies before you give them any information.
14. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top and, for significant changes, let you know through the Service.
